Does QuietQ require WiFI?

No! Simply plug it in and you're ready to go.

Can multiple sets of boxes be used in the same office?

Yes! Each set comes paired to each other, sort of like a garage door to an opener. They will only speak to each other.

Where is it best to place the office QuietQ box?

Depending on your workflow place the QuietQ next to where you chart between clients or just to the side of where your client sits if you see clients back to back.

How do I turn the lights off after receiving the notification?

Simply push either button again and both lights will turn off preparing the QuietQ to greet your next client. Once you find the rhythm that works best for your practice you'll clear both lights before, during or after meeting your client in the waiting room.
